When you book online, you’re reserving your event date with a $100 non-refundable deposit. Available dates shown on the calendar are updated in real-time. The venue rate is specific to the date selected. We make the next steps to complete your venue booking easy.

WEDDING PAYMENT OPTIONS
The venue rental price must be paid in full 3 months before the event date.
1. Initial Retainer (Due at Signing): 50% of the base venue rental
A non-refundable retainer is required to officially secure your date on our calendar. This allows us to confidently turn away other inquiries for your chosen date.
2. Mid-Term Payment (6 Months Prior): 50% of any selected "Add-on" packages
If you have chosen the Full-Service Rental & Setup bundle or Aesthetic Upgrades, half of that balance is due at this time to allow for logistics and equipment preparation.
3. Final Balance (30 Days Prior): Remaining Balance Due
The final payment—including any guest count adjustments—is due no later than 30 days before the event.
4. Refundable Security Deposit: $1000
Added to your final payment, this deposit is fully refundable within 7 days after your event, provided no damages or excessive cleaning costs were incurred.

NON-REFUNDABLE BOOKING PAYMENT
Make the $100 booking payment online to reserve your date. This payment will be applied to the total amount due for the date selected. Once booked online, you will have 72 hours to sign the contract and make the next payment on the invoice. If signature and payment are not made in that time frame, you will no longer have the date reserved, and the $100 booking payment will be forfeited. The contract and invoice will be sent to you shortly after booking through our website.

Venue Policies & Guidelines
To ensure a seamless experience for you and the safety of our property, the following policies apply to all rentals:
Insurance Requirements: All bookings must provide a "Special Event Liability Insurance" certificate (naming the venue as additionally insured) at least 30 days prior to the event. This is typically $100–$200 via providers like EventHelper or WedSafe.
Alcohol Policy: Beer and wine may be served by a licensed and insured bartender. Please inquire for preferred providers.
Cleanup & Trash:

Base Package: You are responsible for removing all decor, personal items, and bagging all trash at the end of the night.

Setup Bundle: We handle the breakdown of our rental equipment; however, the client remains responsible for removing personal decor and clearing tables of food/waste. Bagging trash and placing in provided waste receptacles.

Decor Restrictions: We do not allow glitter, confetti, or "permanent" installations (nails, staples, or tape that damages surfaces). Real candles must be contained in glass holders (votives or hurricanes).

Noise Ordinance: In accordance with local guidelines, amplified music must conclude by 11:30 PM to allow for guest departure by 12:00 AM.

Smoking: Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only. All cigarette butts must be disposed of in provided receptacles.
