The Restrooms: Our handicap-accessible restrooms are clean, comfortable, and fully stocked. They are conveniently located near the reception tent.
Fire Pit: When the sun goes down out in the country, there is nothing like winding things down with a crackling campfire. *Split, stacked firewood is complementary, so just let us know what time you would like us to throw the match. Looking up at the night sky, there’s a great chance of ending your evening spotting a shooting star or two.
The Social Area: Located just outside the reception tent. Enjoy our yard games with your guests including cornhole, horseshoes, and bocce ball, or relax with a snack or beverage at one of the high-top tables.
Walking/Golf Cart Trails: You and your guests are welcome to experience our manicured trail system site. Many guests have raved about the beautiful photo op locations they come across. There's also a good bet that a cooler or two with the bride and groom's favorite beverages may be found along the way.

Planning: The venue accomodates up to 200 guests. Your wedding, your way: personalize every element of your day to match your vision. We handle all the heavy lifting—orchestrating the perfect setup, managing the efficient breakdown aand clean up.
Day-of-Coordination: We will work with your Day-of-Coordinator to ensure that everything goes according to your plan.
Bridal Suite: A private, air-conditioned suite for preparation and relaxation featuring a private bathroom, mirrors, and a 100-inch smart TV.
Groom’s Private Lounge: An exclusive, air-conditioned area equipped with bumper pool and a 100” TV, perfect for bonding with groomsmen and getting ready for the big event.
Sound for Your Ceremony: We provide a dedicated sound system including two microphones so your vows, speechs and chosen music will reach every guest to ensure a truly immersive experience.
Lighting: Pathway lights direct your way as you stroll along the river from the ceremony to the reception area.
Transportation: Adjacent parking with transport on our modern golf carts to the ceremony site and back. Your guests can leave their cars overnight if needed, as long as they are picked up by 10 AM the next day.
Restrooms: Luxury bathrooms so you and your guests can feel comfortable and refreshed.
Wi-Fi: Share your photos and videos with your friends and family in real time.
Beverage Experience: Elevate your reception with our premier beverage services including a curated wine list, champagne, margaritas, or a stylish artisan beer truck.
Gourmet Catering: Design a menu that is distinctly "you." Bring your own licensed caterer or partner with one of our vetted caterers.

We recommend a bagpiper for pre & post-ceremony. We had one placed on the edge of the river whose “Amazing Grace”, and “The Wedding Song” and more delighted the guests as the sounds reverberated through the river valley.

Our restrooms are ADA accessible, but our property is mostly natural. Our trails are not paved and our ceremony sites are accessed by grass paths. We have one six-passenger golf cart and one 4 passenger golf cart that can transport guests to specific locations if needed. We can discuss the details with you or your guests to make sure everyone feels welcome and comfortable.

We determined long ago that the greatest joy of owning a stunning piece of property is sharing it with others. After getting married here ourselves, having several other friends get married here, and then bouncing the idea off pretty much everyone who’s visited in the last few years, I’ve received a unanimous “YES, THIS PLACE IS UNLIKE ANYWHERE ELSE FOR PEOPLE TO GET MARRIED, SO YOU JUST HAVE TO DO IT!” So here we are, offering what we believe will be a wedding experience you’ll enjoy as much as we enjoyed ours.
